Pickle Soup
4 medium size dill pickles chopped
3/4 cup of dill pickle juice
1 medium onion chopped
3 bouillon cubes
2 cups of water
salt and pepper
(later: 1 cup of mashed potatoes and 3/4 vegan sour cream)
Put all into crock pot and cook on high, at the end of day add 1 cup of mashed potatoes, turn to low.
Put in refrigerator over night
Add 3/4 cup vegan sour cream
Cook in crockpot on low until ready to eat
