Pickle Soup

  • 4 medium size dill pickles chopped

  • 3/4 cup of dill pickle juice

  • 1 medium onion chopped

  • 3 bouillon cubes

  • 2 cups of water

  • salt and pepper

  • (later: 1 cup of mashed potatoes and 3/4 vegan sour cream)

Put all into crock pot and cook on high, at the end of day add 1 cup of mashed potatoes, turn to low.

Put in refrigerator over night

Add 3/4 cup vegan sour cream

Cook in crockpot on low until ready to eat
